SMT Manufacturing

OXYGEN SMD Ltd. has been a trustworthy player in the SMT manufacturing industry since 2013. Over the years we have continuously improved our manufacturing capabilities to meet the varied needs of our customers. With two advanced production lines, we handle a wide range of projects, from simple LED panels to complex circuit boards. Our expertise extends to the day-to-day production of RF-based and high component density boards, giving our team comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of the manufacturing process.

CNC Milling

CNC technology plays a significant role in every part of life, in the case of our activity CNC technology essential to create materials for offline marketing, such as billboards, logos, and signage, including “neon” imitation signs. CNC routers are ideal for cutting materials like PMMA and PVC into custom shapes for billboards and signs. Knowing and using this technology results in high quality products, even for complex designs. 
 
We offer CNC milling services for the advertising industry and precision manufacturing of custom signage, logos and display elements. Our CNC machines provide high quality results, and our colleagues has years of professional experience in both design and manufacturing.

Solvent Painting

Solvent painting is a special technique that is widely used in the manufacture of illuminated signs, mainly for light blocking and decorative purposes. It allows for precise control of light scattering and enhances the luminosity and visual appeal of signage. 


The process uses solvent-based paints, which are known for their permanency, intense colours and excellent adhesion. By creating light blocking layers, the paint ensures that only the desired areas of the sign are illuminated, allowing for a sharp, defined design. 


Solvent painting is highly valued in the signage industry for its ability to deliver professional, long-lasting results, making it an essential step in creating eye-catching and functional illuminated advertising.
